How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically prepared and shipped within 1–3 business days.
Estimated delivery times after shipment:
• Australia: 7–15 business days
• New Zealand: 7–15 business days
• USA & Canada: 7–18 business days
• Europe: 7–18 business days

Do you offer express shipping?
At this time, we offer one standard shipping option for all orders.
Our standard shipping service is selected to provide reliable delivery and tracking at a reasonable cost.

How much does shipping cost?
Australia & New Zealand: Flat rate shipping of AUD $9.99 per order.
Shipping rates for international destinations are calculated based on the delivery region and displayed at checkout before payment.
Can I update my shipping address?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, please contact us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to update the address before it’s sent out.
My tracking says delivered, but I didn’t get my package.

Why isn’t my discount code working?

What is the status of my return?
- You can check your return status using the tracking number provided when you submitted your return.
- Once we receive your item, please allow 2–4 business days for processing.
- Note: If you’re returning multiple items together, it may take slightly longer to process your return.
How can I change or cancel my order?
- Once your order is placed, it goes into processing quickly so we can ship it fast. Because of this, we can’t guarantee changes or cancellations.
- If you need to cancel, please contact us immediately.
- If the order has already shipped, you can start a return once it arrives.
